But, in one of your other things on wrinkles..it said chewing gum causes those little wrinkles on your upper lip….I guess we have to decide what we want the most..skinny waist or less wrinkles…
Yes, it is but the trick is I don’t really chew much the chewing gum, rather “chew” it slowly using my tongue until the gum becomes chewy. I guess, the minty flavor does trick your mind.
