Vanish your Acne in Just Four Days – Banana Peel as Acne Remedy

Who needs a facial acne wash when you have bananas? I never thought that something as ordinary as the banana peel could be useful in so many ways.

Before my discovery about this natural remedy, banana peels in our home would go straight to the waste-bin, and if I don’t feel lethargic, these peels will make it to the flower bed to decompose.

A couple of months ago, I read a blog on how to treat acne in just 4 days by rubbing the banana peels in the affected area.

It piqued my curiosity, and since I occasionally suffered from hormonal breakouts, I believe this is the best time to experiment if this remedy works.

Therefore, I religiously rubbed the peels for 4 days, and I could vouch my zit dried up and cleared fast than expected. Did it work you ask? Surely it did.

How to Apply:
Make sure to use the black/yellow banana instead of green ones. While rubbing, the interior part of the peel deteriorates into black which will result on some smut on your face.

Continue rubbing the peel for 10 minutes until it turns brown, by then you can discard the banana peel to where it rightly belong.

Let the smut particles stay on your face for another 10-15 minute before rinsing with tepid water.

Banana peels contain an antioxidant known as lutein , and rich of potassium that soothes skin and helps remove infection from your skin.

Following the initial used, you will notice an improvement, and once the acne does not appear red and rather look closely to your skin color, it signifies that the infection has been enfeebled and cannot thrive any longer.

You can check out the book here and learn the magic of banana beauty.

Nothing works better than Head n shoulder shampoo (without conditioner) for acne prone skin. wash your face twice with this shampoo and you will be amazed at the results.
