Vanish your Acne in Just Four Days – Treat Acne with Banana Peel

Acne and the aftermath of acne, the scarring, dark spots and red welts it leaves on the face can make you self-conscious and uncomfortable with others no matter how much makeup you put on to cover it.

The worse problem is that even if you find the cream that works, it doesn’t take long before there’s a new bout of acne to plague you with the cream ceasing effectiveness. With thousands of dollars spent each week by acne sufferers, you’d think there would be something that would provide relief without costing a fortune or being unhealthy for the skin.

Acne occurs for some reasons. Some of these are internal, and some have to do with the surface of the skin. Hormonal changes, anxiety and even your diet or medications you are taking may be some of the things that cause an outbreak.

Clogged pores, bacteria, dead skin cells and an overproduction of oil on the skin are other reasons acne occurs. The longer you have acne blemishes without some form of treatment, the more potential there is for permanent damage, so letting it run its course is not an option.

You don’t have to spend a lot either. Acne can respond well to simple treatments that cost you next to nothing and don’t have the nasty side effects of some drugs. One simple treatment uses something you may already have in your home but being discarded, a banana peel.

Benefits of Banana Peels
The inside of the peel is loaded with nutrients that can act as an anti-inflammatory and nourish your skin in the process. It contains vitamins A, B, C, and E, plus potassium, zinc, and iron.

Not only does it fight the inflammation, but it also helps keep your skin hydrated in the process. One of the problems of many acne medications is that it over-dries the skin, often clogging the pores in the process.

Banana peels contain an antioxidant known as lutein , and rich of potassium that soothes skin and helps remove infection from your skin.

If you’re older and have acne, many acne medications exacerbate the aging process, so you’ll be fighting acne and wrinkles. Banana peels don’t do that.

In fact, banana peels are often used to help combat aging. Not only do they hydrate the skin, but also tighten it as well. They also help eliminate many of the pollutants that accelerate the aging process.

People with psoriasis or eczema find they contribute to improving their skin conditions. Some people use the peels to shrink and eliminate warts by leaving a piece taped to the wart overnight. They bring relief from itching skin caused by rash, bug bites or poison ivy as well as absorbing dirt.

The anti-inflammatory properties can even help reduce the pain and itching of hemorrhoids. As you can tell, they’re suitable for all the skin on your body, and since they have a hydrating, healing effect, they can even help reduce the appearance of pock marks and scarring.

A couple of months ago, I read a blog on how to treat acne in just 4 days by rubbing the banana peels in the affected area. It piqued my curiosity, and since I occasionally suffered from hormonal breakouts, I believe this is the best time to experiment if this remedy works.

Therefore, I religiously rubbed the peels for 4 days, and I could vouch my zit dried up and cleared fast than expected. Did it work you ask? Surely it did.

How to Apply:
Make sure to use the black/yellow banana instead of green ones. While rubbing, the interior part of the peel deteriorates into black which will result on some smut on your face.

Continue rubbing the peel for 10 minutes until it turns brown, by then you can discard the banana peel to where it rightly belong.

Let the smut particles stay on your face for another 10-15 minute before rinsing with tepid water.

Following the initial used, you will notice an improvement, and once the acne does not appear red and rather look closely to your skin color, it signifies that the infection has been enfeebled and cannot thrive any longer.
