Kidney stones are very painful, particularly when these stones are found in the bladder or kidney. These stones are actually crystal aggregations of minerals that have been dissolved in the urine, and the form in the bladder or kidneys.

They are particularly painful when passed or when this metal accumulation becomes lodged in your ureter.

Some of the signs that you could have a kidney stone include pain in and around the kidneys, pain in the groin and abdominal region, pain when urinating, vomiting, and nausea.

In some cases, urine may even turn brown or pink due to blood in the urine, and urine may have a bad smell.

The good news is that you can make an all-natural home remedy to dissolve these kidney stones. All you need is a few ingredients that are easy to find at the grocery store.

The remedy is inexpensive, and it provides great results without the fear of adverse side effects.

With a combination of parsley root, raw organic honey, extra virgin olive oil, maple syrup, and lemon, you can create an effective home remedy.

You’ll Need:

  • 1 cup Pure Maple Syrup or 8.5 oz / 250 g powdered brown sugar
  • 9 oz extra virgin olive oil
  • 9 oz lemon (use the peel as well)
  • 9 oz parsley root, ground
  • 9 oz raw organic honey
  • Clean the lemon, and cut it into thin slices, and blend it well.
  • Scrape the parsley root, cut it into small chunks and blend.
  • Add olive oil, raw honey and pure maple syrup and stir until you get a nice and homogeneous mixture.
  • Put the mixture in a glass bottle and keep it in the fridge so it does not spoil.

How to Drink

  • Take a tablespoon of the remedy every morning before you eat or drink anything and every evening before you go to bed.
  • Take 2 doses of the remedy to eliminate sand or stones from your kidneys and gallbladder.
  • Avoid preparing too much of this remedy at one time. Over time, it can lose its healing properties, so only make a small amount.
  • This remedy tastes wonderful, and it’s also effective at treating other health problems, such as bacteria or infections.
  • Remember, you should drink a lot of water and juices during the therapy, the water will help flush out your kidneys and bladder.

Parsley is a herb, a spice and a vegetable as well… it;s not a garlic.

Maple syrup is normally available in the grocery store. I suggest to use the raw brown sugar instead of white sugar.

Where can I buy parsley root? I have never seen it in the store. Is there any substitution for it? Thank you.

      @Lorie,
You can find parsley root at your local grocery stores (vegetable section). Parsley root is light beige, shaped like a carrot, but slender like a parsnip.
