DIY Natural Massage Oil to Get Rid of Stretch Marks


oconut oil has been around for so long that it is surprising that we can still find new uses for it. My discovery was the result of my never-ending quest of finding natural remedies for mitigating the effects of wrinkles.

Granted this does a great job against wrinkles and prevents skin sagging, it is also an excellent solution for pregnant women who want to diminish and avert stretch marks.


I used to think that I was the least person to discover the beautiful wonders of coconut oil, but I’ve been a convert after I diligently slathered my belly and hips and thighs with massage oil while I was pregnant to prevent stretch marks. And the changes were visible and my skin was glowing, supple and hydrated.

Other Beauty Benefits of Coconut Oil aside for Stretch Marks:

Daily Moisturizer
I always keep a jar in the bathroom and every time I finished taking shower, I slather this all over while my skin is still damp. {it’s best absorbed if skin is still slightly wet}. My skin has never looked – or felt – better.

For Stretch Marks
Massage into the skin 2 – 3 times a day to help prevent and diminish stretch marks.
Repair Dead Ends
For dry, damaged hair, massage the oil into your scalp and let it sit for 30 minutes. Rinse as usual.

Massage into cuticles and on those rough feet. Every night before hitting the bed, I normally apply coconut oil on my hands and feet and I wake up with soft digits the next day.

DIY Anti-Stretch Mark Oil

You Will Need:

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp of aloe vera gel or oil
  • 1 Tbsp vitamin e oil
  • Glass bottle

Mix all the above ingredients in a bottle and then rub a little oil in your hands. Spread it over the stretch marks. Massage it in for few mins until the oil absorbs into the skin.

You can leave the oil overnight or also add a Tbsp of sugar to the oil to make it into a gentle scrub to help exfoliate the skin and stimulate blood circulation.
