Best Detox Colon Cleanse for Weight Loss Using Only 2 Ingredients

By eliminating excess fecal waste, parasites, and mucus from the body, it’s possible to prevent and cure a variety of different health problems.
During the average person’s life, their intestines will process more than 40,000 liters of fluid and more than 100 tons of food.

Over time, as the body processes that huge amount of liquid and food, toxic waste and fecal deposits may build up in the body. In fact, you could have nearly five pounds of this waste in your body.
Unfortunately, the toxic waste and fecal deposits could be contaminating your blood, which could end up damaging your body.

Dealing Build-up  Toxic Waste or Intestinal Blockage?

Here are a few signs that you could be dealing with this problem:
  • You have a diabetes or a pre-diabetes
  • Problems with your nails, hair and skin
  • Vision and hearing problems
  • Regular constipation
  • Liver or kidney disease
  • Insufficient or excessive weight gain
  • Arthritis
  • Problems with your metabolism
  • Certain types of cancer
While enema can help cleanse out your colon, it only washes a tiny part of the colon. You also need special equipment to administer an enema, and that equipment can be very expensive. If you don’t perform an enema correctly, you could even cause some damage.

Benefits of Flaxseed

Using ground flaxseed to cleanse the colon helps improve fat burning while bringing your weight back to a normal level.
Flaxseed helps to affect your body’s lipid metabolism positively. When you begin using the flaxseed flour, it will reduce your cholesterol and help absorb and eliminate any toxins that are in your body.
Flaxseed provides a lot of fiber that helps you feel full hence satiety lasts longer. This soluble fiber slows digestion down and prevents glucose from spiking blood sugar.  Also loaded with omega-3 fatty acids and lignan, it may facilitate your effort to drop some extra lbs.

It is typically used to relieve constipation as it also helps lower blood cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein (LDL, or "bad") cholesterol levels, which may help reduce the risk of heart disease.

Flaxseed flour is not available? You can purchase whole Flaxseed and ground them up in a coffee grinder (or food processor) and store them in an airtight container to last for  several months.  Refrigerating whole seeds may extend their freshness.

Note:   Avoid grinding more than you need for the current serving since Flaxseed can easily become rancid. Use them within 24 hours after grinding to avoid losing its potency. Prepare the flaxseed fresh each morning.

Instead of eating breakfast, eat this mixture

For the best results, ensure you drink a minimum of 2 liters of water each day. Drinking honey water may improve your results too. Use this colon cleanse sporadically to prevent the buildup of waste and toxins in your body.

Follow a Flaxseed Flour Regimen to Clean Out Intestines

For three weeks, consume the following mixture instead of eating breakfast. You can substitute kefir with plain yogurt but using kefir is the best.

  • FOR WEEK 1 : Use 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed and 100 ml (or 6-7 tbsp) of kefir (or plain yogurt)
  • FOR WEEK 2Use 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed and 100 ml (or 6-7 tbsp) of kefir (or plain yogurt)
  • FOR WEEK 3 : Use 3 tablespoons of ground flaxseed  and 150 ml (or 6-7 tbsp) of kefir (or plain yogurt)

Why Ground Flaxseed?

Ground flaxseed is easier to digest while whole flaxseed may pass through your intestine undigested, meaning your body won't benefit from these healthful nutrients.

Extra Tip: Soaking them breaks down gluten that makes the protein in the seeds more easy to digest, hence it activates the enzymes that help increase absorption of vitamins and minerals.

Kefir Chia Seed Pudding

As a Pudding: Mix 2 tbsp chia seeds with 3/4 cup of plain kefir (I love the goat milk kefir) and let it sit for 30 minutes in the fridge (or leave it overnight).

This process makes the chia seeds swell and will result in light, tapioca-like pudding that can be eaten plain or mixed with fruit or nuts.

Once you’re ready to eat (preferably breakfast), you can add 2 tbsp ground flax seeds and to inject more flavors, add your favorite fruits – I like adding cantaloupe or blackberries (this makes the mixture more enjoyable to eat).

I feel full just eating this mix, and you don’t feel the craving for anything.

What to Expect

Expect your bowel movements will be a breeze and this makes you eliminate bigtime. To be honest, I suffered chronic constipation in the past and eating this mixture had resolved the issue.
And the good part is, I gradually LOSE some extra lbs which inspire me to continue eating this mix for breakfast and even dinner (even after the 3-week rule).

Reminder: You will reap lots of benefits when you do a master cleanse or colon cleansing occasionally. By removing the toxins from your digestive system, it can lead to better digestion, weight loss, increased energy, and clearer thinking.

Benefits of These Combinations

Both flax and chia seeds are rich in fats and fibers that help promote a clean colon and healthy digestion. Both are rich in omega-3 fatty acids that help stabilize cell walls and reduce inflammation.
Flaxseed and chia seed also contain their unique blends of soluble fiber, which bind with food to optimize the digestive process.
Inflammation is probably the cause of most of our problems and chronic conditions and with Omega-3s are added in our diet, we can benefit its anti-inflammatory nutritional profile present in both flax and chia seeds.
