When people ask me how I manage to look so young and stay so trim, I have to laugh. Most people think that I use expensive lotions or drink some magical concoction made from ingredients from a far off land.
The truth is that the biggest beauty and health secret is inexpensive and easy. I start every day with a glass of warm water that contains apple cider vinegar—ACV— and lemon juice.
Don’t let the simplicity of this fool you; it is powerful stuff that can help you retain your youthful beauty and prevent weight gain. The lemon juice helps to detoxify and regenerate the body and has far more vitamin C than most other vegetables, including oranges.
It also contains live enzymes as well as an enormous amount of potassium. Potassium helps detox the body as well as cleanse your liver. Drinking the combination when you first get up in the morning contributes to activate your digestive tract, including your colon, which helps you eliminate.

The recipe is simple.
① Cut a lemon in half and squeeze the juice into an 8 ounce or 10 oz glass of lukewarm water.
② To that, add one tbsp of raw unfiltered ACV. You will find it in a health food store. If you need a little sweetness, you can add raw honey or stevia (but this is optional).
③ You need to drink this once a day in the morning at a minimum, but if you want, you can drink it more frequently. It helps keep you moving regularly, fighting constipation effectively.
④ It flushes toxins from your body, aiding in weight loss and improving the condition of your skin. Not only will you notice pounds drop off easier, but you will also see a more youthful attractive complexion, as well.
Why Raw Apple Cider Vinegar?
① You may want to cut corners and use ACV from your grocery shelf, but you’ll lose many of the benefits of raw apple cider vinegar. Raw ACV is unfiltered, unpasteurized, unheated and contains a higher acidity than those you find on the grocery shelf.
