Not all changes are for the better, but if you have something in mind and you have good reasons to expect positive results, don’t hesitate. Lash strips are anything but ordinary, still, this shouldn’t have a deterring effect on those who are willing to experiment and see how they look on them. It is not something that will require you to pay a lot of money at a beauty salon, because with this tip you can achieve similar results.

Once you receive plenty of compliments for your lash strips, you will be tempted to turn the exception into a rule and this tip will help you every time.

Any job requires a set of tools, and in this case you’ll need to buy :

lash glue
an eyeliner brush
cuticle scissors
a pair of lash strips

First of all, prepare a drop of the glue by squeezing it on a hard surface and waiting for at least 2 minutes to get sticky and then dip the brush into this tacky glue. I know that it doesn’t sound like a good idea, but trust me when I say that, it works fine.

1.) Gently swing the glue-drenched brush along the upper lash line and then glue one of the lash strips exactly on the line. This is a more precise alternative to simply smearing the lash strip with glue, and all you need to do is to use the end of your liner brush or a cut q-tip and use it to secure the strip the skin.

2.) Place the dry lash strip onto the glue line. By doing it this way instead of applying the glue onto the lash strip, you are eliminating the chance for error when you try to pop the lash strip on and it hits other areas of your lid/lashes.

3.) Use the end of your eyeliner brush to tap along the base of the strip to secure it to the skin.

After securing the lash strips, you can add mascara to make the lashes look more intense and make sure to trace over the base of the lash strip using black liquid liner to conceal it.
