You’ll Need:
- 1 tbsp. of Chia Seeds (can be found in health stores or Amazon)
- 2 cups hot water
- 1 green tea bag
- 1 slice lemon
- 1 tsp. of sliced ginger
- 1 tsp. of honey
- a dash of cayenne pepper
Direction:
Simply mix all the ingredients and drink.
I used to drink this detox tea 3 times a day to aid with bloating and for flushing the impurities from the body, but it all depends on you. You can drink it once a day as well.
Can I batch make this and put it in the fridge if I add the chia seeds right before I want to drink it?

Chia seeds is commonly called Sabja in Hindi..In summer most hyderabadis drink this kind of flavoured-milk shake called FALOODA.
