There’s an old Tibetan remedy out there that offers some incredible health benefits.

The combination of ingredients provides some incredible benefits, such as helping to prevent heart attacks, brain problems, and tumor formation.

This remedy is even said to help improve your eyesight and treat any digestive problems you have while prolonging your life.

Why These Ingredients

The garlic that is used in the Tibetan remedy offers numerous benefits. It helps to treat problems with blocked or hardened arteries, which helps to prevent heart disease.

Some studies show that garlic can also contribute to reducing levels of bad cholesterol. Garlic has been used for many years to boost the immune system, protecting the body from colds and other infections.

The lemons also offer some fantastic benefits. Lemons, although they taste acidic, actually help alkalize the body. Lemons also provide a high dose of vitamin C, which helps to fight free radicals.

Lemon zest is used because of the healing compounds it contains, and the zest even helps to increase critical liver enzymes.

You’ll Need:

  • 4 heads of garlic (40 cloves)
  • 4 lemons with skin (should be finely grated)
  • 2 liters of the best water

Directions:
1-1

① Cut lemons into wedges with the skin and place in a food processor or blender along with the garlic cloves.

However in the absence of a food processor or a blender, just chop the ingredients finely with a knife.

② Boil the water, then reduce the heat and add grated garlic and lemons mix (add the lemon juice also).

③ Cook the ingredients in a covered pot. Boil this mixture on low heat 14 or 15 minutes, not a minute longer.

④ Let the mixture cool down naturally. Once at room temperature, strain the liquid and fill into bottles. Store the elixir in the fridge. Discard the pulp.

How to Drink:
The two main ingredients are lemon and garlic, and these two ingredients are added to water.

After you make the drink, you need to drink about 1.7oz (in a shot glass) of the liquid every morning.

This should be done for 25 days. It’s best to knock it back just like a shot.

Note: After using the remedy for 25 days, you’re supposed to have a 10-day break from the drink, and then you start all over again. Repeat the process twice every six months.

You will Notice:
Once you start using the remedy for three to four weeks, you’ll begin feeling the regenerative benefits of the drink.

It mainly helps to prevent bad hearing, bad eyesight, and calcification. The lemon helps to neutralize the garlic taste, so you won’t deal with a garlic aftertaste or smell.

Keep in mind, this brew is strong and thick, so always shake before you serve it.

Tibetan Tea For Long Life:

There’s also an old Tibetan tea that is supposed to help prolong life. The tea uses ginger, water, lemon juice, anise, chili pepper, and honey. You can make a huge batch of the tea at one time.

Then, the tea can be sipped throughout the day to reap all the benefits it offers. Not only is the tea supposed to help prolong life, but it’s also meant to help relieve stress.

How to Do:
① Boil 8.5 cups ( or 67 oz or 2 liter of water) for about 5 minutes and cool it.

② When the water has cooled down, add 5 grams of grated ginger, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of honey, one pinch of chili pepper and one pinch of anise.

③ This tea is good to drink in sips all day long.
