Unrefined Vegetable Oil and Sea Salt May Be the Solution to Pain Caused by Advanced Osteoporosis

Osteoporosis is known as the silent disease because there are no obvious symptoms you’re losing valuable bone density unless you go to your doctor or start experiencing the horrible pain from the kyphosis, tiny fractures and spinal compression caused by the thinning of the bones.

That pain can make your life miserable. You don’t have to live in misery any longer when you use this simple trick that’s both inexpensive and easy to use. Most people find that they eliminate the pain entirely or at the least make it far better and easier to get through the day.

You create a mixture you’ll massage on your painful areas that’s made of sea salt and unrefined vegetable oil. It only requires a two to one combination, two parts of vegetable oil and one part of sea salt, which by the way, is now easily found on grocery shelves to use as table salt.

What you need:

  • unprocessed vegetable oil (like olive oil, sunflower oil)
  • sea salt

  • Start out by mixing 20 tablespoons of the unprocessed vegetable oil with 10 tablespoons of sea salt.
  • Put the mixture in a glass bottle with a lid and allow it to sit a few days.
  • You’ll notice the mixture gets brighter upon sitting for three to four days. When this occurs it’s ready to use.

This lighter mixture should be vigorously massaged everywhere you feel pain on the spine, such as the cervical vertebrates. While it may be easier to have a family member or friend massage your neck, you can do it yourself easily enough. Take this step slowly. Start by doing the massage for just 2 to 3 minutes and gradually work the length of time to 20 minutes. It may take a few weeks to get to that length of time, but is important not to do too much too soon.

When you’re finished the massage, dampen a towel in warm water and wipe the area clean. The warm water will help remove the oil and also feel fantastic on your skin. You’ll be amazed at how it relieves the pain.
