We’ve gone through an era of big, fake, over-sized breasts, and now, women are saying a B or C cup is enough. Can we say that expectations are deflating?

Even Hollywood celebrities are opting to get their breast implants removed for fashion, health and self-esteem reasons.

Now, women just want to enjoy the real thing and go au naturale, but that doesn’t mean you have to settle for sagging, loose or drooping boobs. Check this mask to keep the “girls” perky, upward and firm.

The very nature of existing as a woman with breasts means that your breast skin will fold or crease. Additionally, gravity naturally pulls your breasts downward, very slowly causing the skin to stretch out.

Naturally, the larger your breasts are, the heavier they are, and the more they will sag over time. This is a fact of life, so you might as well accept it, my fellow big-boobed comrades.

Things that Decrease Firmness and Expedite Wrinkling:

① Sudden weight gain and loss.

② Wearing unsupportive bras in general, especially those that allow for a lot of breast movement throughout the day.

③ Exercising without the assistance of a supportive bra.

④ Wearing push-up bras, which distort the natural fall of your breast, pushes them upward and creases the skin.

⑤ Being vertical and not wearing a bra.

⑥ Pregnancy, which is known as the “ultimate un-firmer to your breasts.” This is because everything gets stretched out very suddenly, even more so than with a simple weight gain since the mammary glands also increase).

Aside from adding breast firming exercises to your daily routine, you can try this homemade mask on your breast tissue to enhance firmness and growth of breast tissue.

You’ll need:

  • 1 teaspoon of vitamin E (or almond oil or olive oil)
  • 1 tablespoon of yogurt
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp raw honey (optional)

Directions:
Breast-firmer

① Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, then apply it to your breasts evenly.

② Gently massage to let the mixture seep through for about 3-5 minutes.

③ Look for an old granny bra without padding, make it as comfortable as you can, or you can wear an old t-shirt. Put it on then leave it for 20-25 minutes.

④ Don’t forget to massage the mixture into your skin for guaranteed results.

⑤ Finally, rinse it off with warm water. Hello girlfriends!
