Collagen and essential protein help keep skin free of wrinkles for a younger appearance. When collagen begins breaking down, many skin problems start to occur.

As you grow older, your skin begins losing collagen and elastin. If you want to reduce the signs of aging, it’s important to increase your body’s collagen production.

Why is Collagen So Important?

As cell structures lose their strength, it results in thin skin, reduced elasticity, fine lines and wrinkles. Reduced collagen production can also reduce joint flexibility and can lead to dull, brittle hair.

How to increase collagen production in your skin and body?

      @NonHLANHLA,
      The Jello (gelatin) you bought commercially doesn’t help for collagen booster. But if you buy the real gelatin that comes from the beef broth – that’s the one that helps boost collagen.
