Middle Eastern women seem to have impeccable skin regardless of their age. Numerous beauties that have Middle Eastern origin are known for their spectacular appearance – Salma Hayek, Shakira and Kathy Najimy are just three famous examples.
These ladies seem to become more fabulous with the passage of time and their skin continued being perfect. How does it happen?
What’s their Secret?
All of these women share a simple, basic and highly effective beauty secret. This secret goes back to Lebanon, where it has been used by women for many years. The secret results in glowing, youthful and radiant skin. Want to know what it is?
The answer is simple – goat’s milk. Yes, seriously.
Why? The use of milk for beauty goes back to the days of Cleopatra. Goat’s milk contains lactic acid, which is a mild exfoliant. In addition, it is full of essential fatty acids that nourish the skin and fight inflammation.
Goat’s milk contains tons of minerals, vitamins and trace elements. It is a wonderful source of vitamin A, which protects the skin against premature aging. Finally, goat’s milk has anti-bacterial qualities. Combined with its anti-inflammatory effects, these qualities turn it in a wonderful remedy for acne.
But why goat’s milk rather than the more usual cow’s milk?
This milk is quite different from the more typical cow’s milk. It has a pH that is similar to the one of the human body. As a result, goat’s milk is tolerated better and absorbed easily by the skin.
Do you want to experience the benefits of this Lebanese secret for glowing skin?
Here’s an easy DIY facial mask that most Lebanese women swear by for flawless, glowing skin. You’ll notice the spectacular change in your complexion almost immediately. Your skin will glow, it will feel smoother to the touch and you’ll enjoy even and attractive complexion. I tried it how many times already and I noticed my skin looks smooth while the dreaded dullness just vanished.
You’ll Need:
- 1/2 mashed green apple
- goat’s milk (recommended) or whole milk powder
Directions:
① Mash the apple, then blend it with goat milk to form a paste, adjust the amount of milk just to form a consistency.
② Apply this paste all over your face and neck; let it sit for half an hour, then wash off with plain water.
③ Follow with your regular moisturizer.
④ Glow. Do this routine daily or 3x a week for best result.
It’s not the correct recipe, I’m lebanese and my late grandma used to do this milk it’s ancient and rare are the ones who do it it’s a long process that requires no apples that I know in the matter of fact it requires something from goats but not their milk. Now the recipe is given to my mom and hopefully one day to me! But it’s true that it gives the best skin ever how I don’t know because these days to have a good skin the dermatologists tell us to do tons and tons of things which we have no time for but this liquid is to be put daily day and night let it dry and u do whatever u want afterwards. Best of luck karelle
