What you need:
- 1 cup bran rice (or brown rice)
- raw whole milk
- raw honey
? Add water to the rice (same amount of water when you cook the rice or you can add extra water depends on how diluted you wish for your rice water).
? Let it boil until the rice gets softer, but still has liquid (thick water). Turn off the stove and let it cool before straining the water and set aside.
? In a separate container, add 1 tbsp of warm milk, 1 tbsp cool boiled rice water and stir well. After that, you can add the 1 tsp of raw honey and mix altogether to form a paste.
