Another technique, for Removing Stains by using White Clay, Milk, and Lemon:
Mix 1 tbsp of white clay into a bowl and add soto raw milk ato lemon. Mix all the ingredients to form a paste-like consistency.

The amount of the ingredients depends on how much consistency you wish to create. Gently apply the mixture to the affected area and let it sit for about 15-20 minutes before rinsing with cold water.

You Will Need:

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • lemon juice
  • aloe vera gel (optional)

Preparation Method:

  1. Mix baking soda, coconut oil ( or olive oil), and drops of half lemon juice in a container until it becomes a cream-like paste consistency.
  2. lighten dark neck

  3. Then grab a cotton pad/ball and dip into the mixture OR simply use your hand and gently apply on the affected area, leave it on for about 15-20 minutes and remove with plenty of cold water.
  4. After rinsing the mixture, you can apply aloe vera gel on your skin (this is optional) and just leave it dry, no need to rinse.

A Quick Tip:

  1. You can do this routine 3x a week, until you see some improvements
  2. Make sure to protect your skin with sunscreen with SPF 30+ if you’re spending time outdoors
  3. Hydrate yourself by drinking lots of water and consume foots loaded with vitamin E
