You don’t have to suffer any longer with blackheads or pimples once you start using this easy to make the mixture.
It doesn’t cost much to make but can do wonders for your complexion. You do have to use it faithfully twice a week, and you’ll soon have beautiful skin.
Start with the right ingredients, which is a very short list. All you need is a tablespoon of water, a tablespoon of sea salt and a half tablespoon of lemon juice.
Be careful when you buy the sea salt. Get a higher grade that doesn’t have rough or sharp edges that can scratch the skin.
Why This Works So Well
- There are so many reasons that sea salt is good for the skin. Not only does it act as an exfoliator, gently sloughing off the skin, but it also has other benefits.
Sea salt detoxifies the skin, and the scrub helps to increase circulation. Sea salt also has antiseptic benefits to help prevent infection. Sea salts also contain a variety of mineral, some of which add color to it.
Even though it’s powerful, sea salt isn’t the only reason this mixture is almost magic for your complexion.
- The lemon juice also has antibacterial properties, and it’s natural acidity aids in gently peeling the skin. Its natural bleaching power makes the redness less noticeable while the vitamin C helps boost healing power.
You’ll need
- Sea salt- 1 tbsp
- Lemon- 1/2 tsp
- Water- 1 tsp
Directions:
① Scoop out a tablespoon of sea salt and put it in a small bowl, add the lemon juice and water.
② Mix it together completely. Gently massage this mixture on your skin with the tips of your fingers.
③ Make sure you hit the T-zone, across the forehead and along the nose.
④ Keep the circular motions light and gentle as you continue to scrub for three minutes lightly.
⑤ Rinse your face with clear warm water followed by a splash of cool water to close the pores and pat dry.
Use this scrub twice a week, and you’ll quickly see the difference. Your skin will become clearer with blackhead and pimple free.
