Top of the line skincare is greatly overpriced and a rip off. It’s basically advertising and marketing hype with such a minimal amount of active ingredients that doesn’t vindicate the excessively high costs. Rather than purchasing commercially-made creams and other sorts of costly cure-all potion that promises to make the skin tight and minimize the visibility of wrinkles and fine lines, why not think about something that is affordable and accessible just the likes of green or black tea bag.

Why Green Tea?

There’s no reason to put money into exorbitant facial treatment if you possibly could allow yourself a virtually cost-free, natural facial at home, and tea is undoubtedly an ingredient you don’t want to skip. The wide assortment of green tea and black tea are loaded of higher antioxidant content, as a result they prevent cells from oxidizing and therefore decelerate the process of growing older.

Green tea is the evident option, because it is specifically packed with catechin polyphenols, epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) in particular, which is a power antioxidant that minimizes the sign of wrinkles, fights acne breakouts, heals sun damage, repairs scarring, tightens the skin and is also an anti-inflammatory. Tea mends acne scars and inhibits lines and wrinkles, blemishes as well as other impurities once applied to the skin.

Tea sachets are effective when chilled too, they work great in minimizing the swollenness by the virtue of mixing a cool compress with tannins. Tannins are a type of astringent that help to constrict blood vessels and reduce swelling. The caffeine in tea also tightens facial skin for a leaner look.
