Eating Garlic On An Empty Stomach For 7 Days, Here’s What Will Happen To Your Body

Garlic is probably best known for the epicurean delight it adds to food and for horror show enthusiasts, the way it keeps vampires at bay. However, it also has health benefits that can add years to your life and keep you on the go enjoying life.

Garlic contains a potent ingredient called allicin. That’s what gives it the strong and easily identifiable smell. When you chop, chew or crush the garlic, it activates that ingredient.

To maximize the health benefits, you should crush or cut it at room temperature and then allow it to sit for approximately 10 to 15 minutes. That allows the garlic to undergo an enzyme reaction that helps improve the health benefits. This is particularly important to do before cooking it.

The extra wait is important to allow the garlic to release the enzyme alliinase. This enzyme is a catalyst that helps the formation of allicin, the ingredient that creates the health benefits as it further breaks down to several potent sulfur compounds.

① The Active Compounds in Garlic Can Reduce Blood Pressure
Garlic can be used to help lower cholesterol levels and blood pressure, and prevent cancer, heart attacks, coronary heart disease, and atherosclerosis. Human studies have found garlic supplementation to have a significant impact on reducing blood pressure in people with high blood pressure.

② Garlic Can Combat Sickness, Including the Common Cold

This superfood can also be used to help treat the common cold, the flu, bug bites, fungal infections, and traveler’s diarrhea. Garlic supplementation is known to boost the function of the immune system.
A study found that a high dose of garlic extract (2.56 grams per day) can reduce the number of days sick with cold or flu by 61%. If you often get colds, then adding garlic to your diet could be incredibly helpful.

③ Strengthen your Immune System
Garlic is great for strengthening your immune system while eliminating toxins, leading many people to consume it after chemotherapy.

But while I love cooked garlic, garlic in its raw form is apparently how you’re going to get the best results. This is because heating garlic has been shown to reduce its anticancer properties and inactivate a key enzyme called Alliinase.

What you’ll want to do to maximize the health benefits of garlic is to crush it up raw, releasing the enzymes that will break down into good organosulfur compounds, and then eat it on an empty stomach. But raw garlic is incredibly pungent, so try this trick.

How to Do It:

① Take 1 raw garlic clove, chop up into tiny pieces (Let it sit for about 10-15 minutes to activate the enzymes). Scoop 1/2 tablespoon of raw honey and squeeze some lemon juice (this is optional* but this will take away the garlicky smell)
② Add the chopped garlic into the honey mixture

③ Place the mixture into your mouth and swallow it without chewing to avoid the garlic smell. Gulp it down with a glass of warm water.

Garlic is good, but somehow it doesn’t sound like it would make an excellent breakfast. When you find the right usage of raw garlic, you will see it has a lot of potentials. Studies have confirmed that eating garlic on an empty stomach is the same as taking medication.

The difference between garlic and medicine is that medications are not allowed to be taken on an empty stomach.

Your body can transform the garlic into a powerful antibiotic. It scares the diseases away.

When you cook garlic, especially with some fatty oil, it loses all of its potentials. I prefer cooking it with a little bit of organic oil.

  1. Respiratory Problems

Garlic is a great healer for if you have respiratory problems. Some women believe it treats and prevents pneumonia, lung congestion, bronchitis, cough, and more.

  2. Tuberculosis Treatment

Consuming an entire garlic bulb everyday treats the symptoms of tuberculosis. Its medicinal properties are best available if you are consuming it raw or slightly browned.

  3. Bronchial Diseases

Create this infusion for treating diseases like this. You’ll need 700 grams of refined sugar, 1000 grams of water, and 200 grams of garlic.

Boil the water with the garlic and add sugar. Take 3 tablespoons of it every day.

Instead of sugar, you can use raw honey.

  4. Chronic Bronchitis

For curing the symptoms of chronic bronchitis, you’ll need a homemade mixture. You will need 100 grams of 90 proof alcohol, 40 grams of garlic, and a bottle.

Combine all of these ingredients in the bottle and let it soak for 6 days before training.

Drink a cup of it every day.

  5. Asthma and Catarrhs

Use the same mixture as above. Add 30 drops of it in hot water and add mint extract and drink.
