What you’ll need:
- 2 Green tea bags
- 1 Cup hot water
- ¼ Cup witch hazel
- Juice from ½ of a grapefruit
- Steep the green tea bags in a 1 cup of hot water for 10 minutes. Let cool.
- Remove the tea bags.
- Add in the witch hazel and grapefruit juice to the green tea water.
- Mix well with a spoon.
- Apply to face with a cotton ball. Let it completely dry, then rinse off with warm water.
