The very idea of undergoing a surgical procedure scares me and even though I do want to look my best, I don’t think I could even find the courage for something like this.

Even the famous Botox injections give me the chills when I contemplate the possibility, but then again I have seen some results that looked impressive.

Anyway, I probably won’t do it, and I am confident that I am not the only one who would try as many homemade remedies as it takes before even thinking about surgery.

Fortunately for me, and now that you are reading this, you don’t have to go through a trial and error process because I found a natural solution while watching the Dr.Oz Show that works from the first try.

I like to believe that this Botox natural remedy is every bit as effective as its surgical counterpart, without the pain, stress and potential side effects. The fact that it is also inexpensive should only make it more appealing, so I urge you not to miss out on the opportunity.

Why These Ingredients?

Banana Bananas are rich in nutrients that are beneficial to the skin. They nourish and rejuvenate your skin with essential elements like potassium, iron, calcium and vitamin C. Besides, putting a banana on the face is reputed to assist in reducing wrinkles.

Yogurt While the lactic acid found in yogurt, gently exfoliate your skin while the honey moisturizes your face.

You’ll Need:

  • 2-3 tbsp yogurt
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1 tsp honey

Directions:

① Simply mashed the banana and mixed the ingredients all together in a bowl.
② Apply the mixture as a mask and let it dry for around 15 – 20 minutes before rinsing it off with warm water

③ Finish by splashing your face with cold water to close the pores of the skin.
④ It eliminates wrinkles and fine lines without hurting a bit and on top of all this, it also tastes delicious.

Tip: For a deep wrinkle treatment, cover your face with a warm moist washcloth while you wait the 15 minutes. The steam, moisture and heat will help the face mask really sink in.
