Do This One Thing Every Morning To Jumpstart Weight Loss

From the minute you awaken each morning to the second you go to sleep and even while you sleep, toxins and chemicals are assaulting your body in our environment.

We now eat things that our bodies were never meant to consume, such as that hot dog or the nachos you ate from the gas station or those donuts and candy bars you purchased when waiting in the checkout line.

You don’t have to eat substance to ingest toxins; they’re in the very air we breathe. If you live anywhere there is traffic; you’re probably breathing in toxic fumes, and for those who live in the country, there are always pesticides from chemically treated farmland.

The Body Has Its Own Waste Removal Program

Your body protects itself in some ways, but one way is by removing the toxins from your system and storing them in your fat cells. It’s one amazing function of the body for self-preservation.

Not only can it remove toxins from the body, but it can also repair any damage done to it, as long as it’s not severe and everything else is working properly. If something is blocked or not functioning right, then the whole program breaks down, and you experience illness or premature aging.

The results could even affect your weight. In fact, it might be the reason you struggle so much to lose those last ten to twenty pounds. Built up toxins can cause poor digestion, intolerance to various foods and even weaken your immune system.

The body may be holding on to the fat to avoid releasing the toxins, which may be the reason you’re having such a difficult time losing that spare tire or muffin top.

Start Your Day with a Toxin Fighter and Body Booster

You can lose weight faster if you start your day with a simple process that requires no exotic ingredients but can help you detox your body and jump start your weight loss.

You’ll find this mixture works best when you use fresh ingredients and preferably those grown organic, but you can use processed ones if money or accessibility are problems.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup warm or room temperature water
  • Juice 1/2 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon Bragg’s raw apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey OR a couple drops of stevia
  • 1/2 inch of fresh ginger root or 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

(Use stevia if you are on yeast cleansing or low sugar diet)


Make a Magical Lemony Potion

It will take only a few minutes to whip up this magic potion that can help to jump start your weight loss.

You’ll need the juice of one fresh lemon, a teaspoon each of raw apple cider vinegar (Braggs is one of the best-known brands) and honey (you can substitute a few drops of stevia, particularly if you’re detoxing from yeast), ¼ teaspoon ground ginger and one cup of room temperature water. Mix this up and drink it before you eat.

Caution:
If you find it upsets your stomach or have symptoms of acid reflux, such as chest tightness after drinking it, eliminate the apple cider vinegar from the recipe for three days.

Then re-introduce it by adding 1/4th teaspoon for a few days, raising it to a ½ teaspoon for a few days and finally use the full teaspoon. If the problem continues, eliminate the vinegar from the recipe entirely.


Feel the Difference Almost Immediately

① Sometimes the body doesn’t create enough enzymes to adequately digest the food and that can cause bloating and other problems.

This magic lemony potion helps kick start your system and stimulates the body to create more digestive enzymes, therefore stimulating digestion and relieving those symptoms.

② In addition to that, it can help cleanse your liver and release toxins, which also contributes to flush away problems with fat. The magical potion boosts your levels of vitamin C and increases your intake of many minerals, including potassium.

It helps you control your blood sugar, which helps you lose weight and shifts the body closer to a more alkaline pH, which makes you healthier. An acidic body pH creates inflammation, which causes some different problems in the body.

③ There will be some surprising effects from this magical drink. You’ll notice your body releasing far more phlegm, which means it’s clearing out toxins. You’ll also see that embarrassing gas and bloat that makes you uncomfortable after eating starts to disappear.

④ The raw vinegar used—such as Bragg’s—isn’t pasteurized, a process that kills unsafe bacteria, while also destroying nutrients. The acidity of raw vinegar protects itself from invading bacteria.

What the pasteurization does do is kill the Mother of vinegar, that slimy little goop that settles to the bottom of the bottle. You might think this is okay, since it looks yucky, which is why they remove it, but it’s not. The mother of vinegar is what provides most of the health benefits of vinegar.

⑤ The more you learn, the more you find that Mother Nature has her way of protecting your foods and your body and manufacturing processes often interrupt those methods. Digestive enzymes and probiotics are also extremely beneficial for digestion and weight loss.

You’ll feel like you’re getting the most from the food you eat, which is true. You’ll not only digest food better, but also absorb it easier. Too often doctors treat symptoms but fail to look at the reason we have those symptoms.

When you identify the cause of the problem, whether it’s poor nutrition, lack of exercise or excessive toxins with no line of defense and work to eliminate the problem, you’ll find your visits to the doctor will be infrequent and then only for a physical, and you’ll shed extra pounds quickly.

    after waking up in morning . i will go gym then after completing ,taking gap of 20 to 25 mins then i will eat light breakfast. so which time i will take dis drink , either early morning before going gym or after gym ?

      Drink 1 cup (8 -10 oz) of this mixture before breakfast. This recipe yield for 1 consumption, if you want to prepare a bigger batch, you can store it in the fridge for 2 days. Fresh yield more results.

      There’s a ground ginger available in the grocery stores and if this one is not available, you can just thinly slice the ginger and smash it to extract the juice and add it to your water.

      Each of us is different so I really cannot give you a timeline. But if you keep doing this routine and incorporate with healthy diet and regular exercise – within a month you will see improvements.
