However, while these remedies provide great results, you also need to eat a healthy diet if you want to see results. Your diet has a big impact on your skin. The following are some of the best DIY treatments for cystic acne that will offer you the results you want.
Treatment #1 – Cinnamon and Honey
To help reduce the inflammation and burning from your acne, throw together:
- 2 tablespoons of raw honey
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
- 1 egg whipped egg white
Mix it all together and then apply to a freshly cleaned face. Allow this acne face mask to soak in for 5-10 minutes.
Why this works: RAW Honey is full of moisturizing properties and is also a natural antibacterial agent. It will gently battle bad acne bacteria, while the cinnamon helps reduce inflammation.
