It’s important to spend a bit of time in the sun, so your body is able to make its own vitamin D. If you don’t have enough vitamin D, you may deal with some serious health issues.

While it’s important to get some sun in moderation, spending too much time in the sun can take a toll on your skin.

This mask includes skin brightening and cooling ingredients that will leave you with gorgeous, dewy skin.

The good news is that you can make your own DIY face mask to soothe and brighten your skin after you’ve had a little too much sun. This mask includes skin brightening and cooling ingredients that will leave you with gorgeous, dewy skin.

Why These Ingredients:

Yogurt – Yogurt is one important ingredient for your DIY face mask, and the yogurt contains lactic acid and zinc, which helps promote gorgeous, healthy skin. The acid helps to eliminate dead skin cells, revealing more beautiful skin. Yogurt also helps hydrate skin, gives you a nice glow, and tightens your pores.

Honey – Another ingredient for your DIY face mask is honey, which has some amazing skin benefits. Honey has antibacterial properties, which means it will help to prevent and treat acne. The antioxidants in the honey help to prevent and treat aging. Honey also helps soothe and moisturize skin, leaving you with beautiful, moisturized skin.

Turmeric – Add a bit of turmeric to your face mask, since it helps to reduce skin inflammation. Turmeric will also help to eliminate blemishes and pigmentation from the sun. It even has anti-aging properties, which means it can help to treat and prevent wrinkles.

Lemon Juice – You’ll want to use a few drops of lemon juice with the rest of the ingredients, and the lemon juice offers some great benefits as well. It helps to naturally cleanse your skin, and it does a great job at fading skin discolorations and dark spots.

With this wonderful combination of ingredients, you’ll have a great, all-natural face mask that leaves you with brighter skin while soothing your skin.

You’ll Need:

  • 1 Tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Goat’s Milk powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • drops of Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Honey

Mix all the ingredients and apply the mask generously on your face and décolletage then let it dry for 25 minutes before rinsing off with warm water. You can use your favorite moisturizer, resulting in a supple, dewy complexion.

      hi Shumaila,
Here’s my replies on your queries:
1.) Yes, this mask could help brighten your skin due to yogurt and lemon.
      2.) Use this mask 2 or 3x a week.
3.) Consistency is the key when using natural ingredients. Do this routine regularly and within 2 or 3 months, you will see improvements. Make sure to protect your skin with sunblock (SPF30+) when spending time outdoors.
4.) Fresh goat’s milk is ok to use.

      @Anu Sharma,
You can substitute goat’s milk with whole milk powder. I just want to use the goat’s milk because it’s benefits but the whole milk powder is fine too.
