I was in direful need to get a deep conditioning treatment for my frizzy hair. As expected, most of my family and friends have added their two cents.

My stylist suggests that I must have a protein pack, mix up some olive oil, mayonnaise and a few other things, smooth it on and let it sit all night long ” and so on.

To the extent that I least expected that my scalp would sniff like a salad sandwich, the lone word of advice which seemed vaguely tempting would be to immerse my hair using a coconut oil.

My locks won’t simply be hydrated, yet it might smell very exotic, at the same time.

Soon after slathering my homemade coconut oil deep conditioning treatment, I have to admit the effects ended up amazing! My frizzy hair looks replenished, is visually shiny and gleaming, and smells really good!

So Why Use Coconut Oil?

For about hundred years, coconut oil is widely known as an effective hair treatment since it permeates and softens the hair shank while shielding it from outside elements.

Its hydrating properties additionally make it an excellent solution for loose scales shed from the scalp.

Supplies you need:

wide-toothed comb
One jar of coconut oil
hair clip
Plastic bag or a shower cap
thick absorbent cloth or old towel

Procedure:

When you are ready to hit the hay, which means you are already wearing your pj or sleepwear, take the necessary supplies and go straight to the bathroom to do this ritual.

Take a decent glob of coconut oil, squelch it within your palms and fingers and slather it to your hair starting from top to ends, portion by portion.

Perform repeatedly until you completely smooth out the coconut oil while your hair is entirely drenched. Make sure to untangle your hair using the wide-tooth comb to seal the permeation.

After this process, you need to lock-in the heat to further increase absorption by wrapping your head with a shower cap.

To protect yourself from excess coconut oil oozing to your pillow, simply put a thick piece of absorbent cloth or old towel.

The next day, get ready to take a shower and hose it down using a mild shampoo and your regular conditioner to loosen the tangles and style as usual.
