Is honey really a weight loss secret? Can something so sweet and sugary really help you take off those extra pounds? After all, it’s sweet and used as a sugar substitute. Most of us have always heard that we have to stay away from sugar if we want to lose weight. So, doesn’t it sound like a contradiction to say that honey can help you lose those extra pounds?

Well, let’s look closer at table sugar and honey, as well as how your body responds to these substances.

Table Sugar – When sugar is processed, it is stripped of all the nutrients. Basically, sugar is a naked and processed carb. This means that it depends on the nutrients in your body so the body can use it. This drains your body of essential vitamins and minerals.

When you eat table sugar, it’s stored in your liver. If you continue eating a high sugar diet, the liver starts swelling and the excess sugar goes back into your bloodstream as fatty acids. Then, the fatty acids are stored in the thighs, butt, belly, and breasts. Does this sound familiar?

Unlike processed, table sugar, raw honey is all-natural. It is packed with amino acids, vitamins, and minerals. The nutrients work together to aid in cholesterol and fat metabolism, helping to prevent obesity.

    if i want to drink honey, lemon, nd warm water in morning then it should be immediately after waking up?? or after brushing my teeth or half an hr is it ok??
