The search for the best anti-aging product and recipe has turned into a major goal for so many ladies. Millions of women across the globe spend unbelievable amounts of money on items that will supposedly slow down the hands of time.

Having surgeries, buying expensive creams or opting for Botox injections are certainly far from the safest methods of maintaining youthfulness. Nature has provided everything necessary for keeping your body young and beautiful.

Benefits of the Ingredients:
Lemons are a wonderful source of vitamin C. A great antioxidant, it’s essential for skin youthfulness and it also assists the functioning of the immune system.

Honey is a superfood that has anti-cancer qualities. In addition, it’s a powerful anti-bacterial, it improves the immune response and it gives the body some essential nutrients (niacin, riboflavin, calcium, iron, copper, manganese, phosphorus and zinc).

Flaxseed Oil is rich in Omega-3 fatty acids and more lignans, a cancer-fighting plant chemical, than any other plant food on the planet. These control inflammatory processes in the body. In addition Omega-3 has great anti-aging effects on the skin.

Garlic is another incredible superfood that can be used in a vast range of medicinal ways. Named one of the world’s healthiest foods, garlic is also known to strengthen the immune response, improve unhealthy cholesterol levels, slows down cellular aging because of the powerful antioxidants it contains and helps for the detox of heavy metals from the body. Many researchers believe there’s a connection between the consumption of garlic and longevity.

You will need:

  • 2 lemons
  • 100 ml of flaxseed oil (approx 1/2 cup) (you can get it at your local health stores)

      Hi Kelly,
Yes, you need to peel off the skin of the garlic before using them.

So for final clarification, Calleigh, you blend two whole lemons–one peeled, one with the rind, or even two whole lemons with the rind–with the other ingredients? Please copy to my email, if possible. Thanks so much!
