Have you ever wonder why you have a tendency to get zits/pimples consistently in the same spot of your face? How about the cystic acne down your jaw bone and chin area and yet you only experienced whiteheads and blackheads against your temple or forehead?

How come your face is in pretty bad shape while your T-Zone is typically spotless? And why you get zits regardless your skin isn’t oily to the slightest degree?

I was aware that the monthly outbreaks that eclipsed unpredictable hormones caused my chin area. Having said that, when my skin doctor evaluated the unexpected appearance of furious pimples on my nose and mentioned to examine my blood pressure.

It unveiled myself to an entirely new art of face mapping, which happens to be the primary factor in unleashing the conundrum associated with a bad complexion.

Face Mapping, Are you Familiar with this Technique?
Face mapping is a form of skin assessment which describes the reason why and how particular parts of your face are linked to various parts of your body.

As a result of consolidated expertise in skin doctors who have evaluated skin behaviors combined with the early Chinese therapeutic techniques, there exists a savvy approach to understanding and deal with skin flaws using “face mapping.”

Why is it that You get Zits in Certain Spots and Never in Other Zones?
Consider your imperfections as X’s on a map which is your face. Various areas correlate to different issues. Using this “map” as your outline, it is possible to tackle the main factors behind imperfections and properly figure out how to avoid them from happening again. But remember your lifestyle, hygiene, hormones and perhaps genes can fill a role leading to your acne.

Determine Exactly What are These Acne Breakouts Hinting You.

Implementing the face mapping approach to interpret what’s occurring on your system is equally insightful and extremely substantial in my opinion. Below is a breakdown of the usual spots along with what skin breakouts or irregularities in those parts imply:

Area of the Face Possible Causes
from: beautytips4her.com
Zone 1 & 3
Digestive System & Bladder
Traditionally, this zone is regarded as the “sister” to the bladder and digestive system. If you breakout frequently in this area, it might mean that you need to improve your elimination by drinking more water and eating more “whole” foods.
Zone 2
Liver
The middle of the forehead, between the eyebrows, is related to the liver. Congestion in this zone can indicate over consumption of alcohol, rich foods, and possibly a food allergy (such as lactose intolerance).
Zone 4 & 10
Kidneys
The ears are highly sensitive area related to the kidneys. If you notice that your ears are very hot, you might be stressing them out – drink plenty of plain water and cut down on caffeine, soda and alcohol.
Zone 5 & 9
Respiratory System
The cheeks often give an accurate glimpse into any respiratory distress. Smokers or people suffering from allergies generally experience fine, broken capillaries or congestion in this area. If you have allergies, you may experience frequent outbreaks on these zones as well. Acne in your lower part of your cheeks may also suggests dental issues such as gingivitis.
Zone 7
Heart
A reddened nose can indicate heightened blood pressure, or the early stages of rosacea. Congestion around the upper lip can occur if you use comedogenic lipsticks or liners.
Zone 6 & 8
Kidneys
The eyes are truly a window to the body’s health because they’re related to the kidneys. Dark circles , while often hereditary, are made worse by dehydration and poor elimination. Hydrate and catch more zzzss.
Zone 12
Stomach
Breakouts or unusual hair growth can indicate hormonal imbalance, possibly caused by extreme stress. Premenstrual breakouts are also very common on the chin. Your chin is linked to your intestine so breakouts on this area may indicate a build up of toxins or to incorporate more fiber on your diet.
Zone 11 & 13
Hormones
High stress and other hormonal changes can cause breakouts in this area. If you’ve had extensive dental surgery done, you might notice a breakout along the jaw line, near the ears. If symptoms don’t ease up in a few days, perhaps its time to see a doctor to examine a possible hormonal imbalances.
Zone 14
Illness
Breakouts on this area can signal your body is fighting off a bacterial infection. Drink plenty of fluids, get lots of rest and load up on your vitamins. Don’t forget to include your neck in your treatment regimen – its skin is just as fragile as that on your face, so it definitely needs the benefits of moisturization and sun protection.

Please refrain from being judgmental concerning these things, it’s unlikely that any of them is 100% precise, indisputable or accurate for anyone.

These are suggestions that could or perhaps probably not reliable on your particular condition of acne breakouts. But I guess you see them as intriguing and informative nevertheless!
