Here are some ways to use cinnamon in your beauty routine.
1. Bright and Natural Bronzer
Another great way to use cinnamon in your beauty routine is to make your own bronzer. Bronzer is a great way to give your face some sun-kissed color during the cold, bleak winter months. Combine some cocoa powder, cornstarch, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
Mix well and then dust a bit on your hand to see how it works with your skin tone. If it’s too dark, add some more corn starch. If it’s too light, add a bit more cinnamon or cocoa powder. Simply use on your face the way you normally use bronzer.

Try drinking cinnamon and Ceylon tea for several days, and find other ways to add more cinnamon to the foods you eat. Add it to toast, sprinkle some in your oatmeal, toast, porridge or add to other dishes. This should help fight the yeast infection, helping you recover faster.

Hi Calleigh, can we apply the cinnamon & oatmeal mask daily since all the ingredients are natural? Thanks for the great tips.. zh
@Zh,
Dont use the cinnamon oatmeal mask daily, only use 2 or 3x week. This mask can mildly exfoliate your skin and you dont need to exfoliate your skin everyday.
what is cinnamon? which form we use it…powdered of anything?
@Deep,
Cinnamon is a spice obtained from the inner bark of several trees from the genus Cinnamomum that is used in both sweet and savoury foods.
If you are using cinnamon as a facial scrub or mask, you need to use the powdered one.
