8 Unique Ways to Fight Cellulite That Won’t Break the Bank

Instead of paying your hard-earned money for cellulite treatments, here’s a look at some easy DIY cellulite remedies that provide results without breaking the bank.

① Remedy #1 – Use Foam Rollers
One easy DIY cellulite remedy is to use foam rollers on areas that are affected by cellulite. Maybe you’ve seen them before, but you weren’t sure what to do with them.

You can use foam rollers to massage areas affected by cellulite for about 15-20 minutes. Do this 3-4 times each week. It helps to break up the fatty tissue and improves circulation to the area, fighting cellulite.



② Remedy #2 – Eliminate Sugar and Salt
To fight cellulite, eliminate, or at least reduce, the sugar and salt in your diet. Both of these items can make any cellulite you have more visible.

Salt results in fluid retention, which can enhance the appearance of cellulite. Sugar is actually stored in fat cells, making those cells expand. If you limit your intake of salt and sugar low, you’ll begin to notice that your cellulite doesn’t look as bad.



③ Remedy #3 – Try Dry Brushing
Dry brushing has been a popular skincare routine for many people, and it not only helps reduce cellulite, but it exfoliates skin too. Dry brushing can help tone and soften skin.

To dry brush your skin, start with some coconut oil on areas affected by cellulite. Then, use a dry brush to massage the affected areas. It’s easy to find dry brushes online or at health food stores.

④ Remedy #4 – DIY Caffeine Scrub
Maybe you’ve heard about a caffeine scrub for cellulite, but you may not have tried it. This DIY remedy can actually offer some great results. Simply combine some olive oil with old coffee grounds, and then, massage the mixture into areas affected by cellulite.

This helps to soften and exfoliate skin, and it also helps reduce the appearance of cellulite. Many expensive cellulite creams and treatments actually include caffeine, so this offers a cheap, DIY option that is easy to make and use.

⑤ Remedy #5 – Consume Flaxseeds
Many products and foods are now included flaxseeds, and they’re becoming popular for a reason. Flaxseeds help to boost collagen, which improves the strength of the skin.

Stronger skin means that you’ll have less of a problem with cellulite. To add flaxseeds to your diet, add them to salads, smoothies, or yogurt, and they’ll help smooth and strengthen skin from the inside out.



⑥ Remedy #6 – Olive and Juniper Oil
Another DIY remedy for cellulite is to use olive and juniper oils on your skin. Not only does these oils soothe and soften skin, but they also help to fight cellulite.

Combine equal amounts of the oils together and massage the mixture into skin affected by cellulite. You’ll begin to notice that skin becomes smoother, and over time. And you’ll start seeing that the appearance of cellulite has been reduced.



⑦ Remedy #7 – Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar is great for so many things, and it can help you treat cellulite and stretch marks. You can use apple cider vinegar directly on the skin, or you can drink a glass of water that includes 2 tablespoons of the vinegar each day.



⑧ Remedy #8 – Lemon and Cayenne Water
While this doesn’t sound so good, it really can help fight cellulite. Take a glass of water and add the juice of a single lemon. Stir in a pinch of cayenne pepper.

Mix well and then drink the mixture. You can drink this lemon and cayenne water 1-3 times each day, and after a few weeks, you’ll notice the results.

You don’t have to spend big bucks on expensive cellulite treatments. All of these remedies are easy to make and they won’t break the bank.

Make sure you try the treatments for several weeks at a time before giving up. These treatments do provide results, but you do need to give them plenty of time to work.

          hi Amulya,
          Here’s the steps on how to get rid of lice at home:
          Step 1. Mayonnaise or Olive Oil. Completely coat the hair and scalp in the mayo or oil until hair is saturated. This should kill any adult lice on the scalp. Wring out any excess to limit drips, then wrap the hair in plastic wrap (with long hair, pull it into a ponytail before you wrap it to hold it in place).

          Leave the oil on for at least 3 hours, or longer for added benefit. Put a shower cap on over the plastic wrap, just to be safe.

          Step 2. Distilled White Vinegar. After you’ve finished the oil treatment, wash hair with shampoo (REPEAT the process to get all the oil out). Towel dry hair, then completely saturate hair with vinegar, making sure it reaches the scalp (if there are already open sores on the head, you may want to skip this step, since it could burn). Leave the vinegar on for 15 minutes, then wash with shampoo. The vinegar dissolves the “glue” that holds the nits to the hair, making them much easier to comb out.

          Or you can use:
          Coconut Oil. Coconut oil is deadly to lice and will kill the adult lice as well as the nymphs as they hatch. Work a couple teaspoons of oil into damp hair, making sure to work it into the scalp. It will make the hair soft and shiny, and it smells fantastic (which is good, considering you just doused the hair in vinegar). After you have eradicated the lice, you can continue to use the coconut oil as a hair treatment, or simply dab a couple drops behind the ears to prevent future infestation.

          Using a lice comb, comb your hair to get rid of the lice.
