Important Things to Know Before You Start:

  • ACV should always be diluted in water before swallowing. Pure apple cider vinegar could damage the tooth enamel and the tissues in your throat and mouth
  • Long-term use of ACV could cause low potassium levels and lower bone density. Avoid this by not using it more than a week or so, without taking a break for another week.
  • If you have osteoporosis, check with your doctor to see if it’s safe for you.
  • If you have diabetes, check with your doctor before using apple cider vinegar. Vinegar contains chromium, which can alter your insulin levels.
