And considering that a recent UCLA study found that breast tissue ages two to three years faster than the rest of your body, you might want to quit any habit linked to a flaccid pair—like these.

① Crash Dieting
Many women experience serious weight struggles, losing a few pounds and gaining those back on. The yo-yo effect of many fad diets is certainly weakening the connective tissue in your breasts. If you want to keep them perky for a longer period of time, try to maintain the same weight.



② Smoking
Need yet another reason to quit? Smoking causes all of your skin to lose elasticity and it contributes to premature aging.

The effect on your breasts is certainly bad – the connective tissue will be weakened at an earlier age, and you’ll start noticing some sagging.



③ Skipping Sunscreen
Yes, you have to put some sunscreen on your breasts. All of your exposed skin should be covered with sunscreen that protects its youthful appearance and prevents the loss of elasticity. Use sunscreen even on those cloudy and rainy days.



④ Wearing an Unsupportive Bra
Your breasts need proper support during every minute of the day. This is why adequate bra selection happens to be so important.

Choose a quality bra to wear each day and a sports bra to wear to the gym. Always ask for a fitting before buying a beautiful item at the lingerie store. It’s a well-known fact that many women are opting for the wrong bra size.



⑤ High-Impact Workouts
Intense cardio workouts are great for your waistline but they could seriously damage breast tissue.

Running, aerobics and spinning classes involve back and forth repetitive movements. Some researchers believe these movements could be causing the collagen breakdown in the breast tissue.

The selection of a good sports bra is one possibility for overcoming premature sagging. Opting for less intense workouts is another good option.



You’ll need to change a couple of your habits if you want to have beautiful and firm breasts. Just like you’re doing skin anti-aging, you’ll need to learn how to slow down the hands of time when it comes to the drooping of your girls.

A few very simple lifestyle and wardrobe changes could do miracles for their appearance.

    Ok mam but suggest which type of bra should be worn for 34 size. Is halter neck bra good?

      @Sou,
      Im not sure what is the cup size you are wearing. You just mentioned size 34. Anyway, buy a bra that sits at the front of the body, directly beneath the bust and follow the line of the bra round to the back. The bra will, in fact, sit in the two narrowest parts of the body so will not move once it is in place.

      The best thing to do to reduce your breast size is to lose extra pounds, once you lose some weight, your breast size will shrink as well.
