Stretch marks are always frustrating, and these fine lines can show up in red, purple, gray, silver, or white. While they can show up in many areas of the body, they are particularly annoying when they show up on your ta-tas.
Weight gain, tumors, or pregnancy may result in stretch marks in your breasts, and while these stretch marks fade, they can leave you feeling self-conscious.
While they’ll never completely go away, you can use some home remedies to lighten or reduce the appearance of the stretch marks you have on your breasts.
Here are a few great natural remedies you may want to try.
① Remedy #1 – Aloe Vera and Olive Oil
One great natural remedy for those stretch marks is to combine ¼ cup of aloe vera gel and ½ cup of olive oil. Mix well and then apply to stretch marks before you head to bed at night.
Make sure you rub the mixture into skin thoroughly. The next morning, use a wet washcloth to wipe off any excess.
You can store this mixture in the fridge as long as it’s in an air-tight container. To prevent staining, make sure you lay and an old sheet or towel on the bed at night and wear old pajamas that you won’t mind staining.
Then, use a heating pad on the area for about 20 minutes. After heating, take off the plastic wrap and use a warm, wet washcloth to wipe away any excess. Do this daily for a week, and then, repeat this 2-3 times a week until you see the fading you want.
③ Remedy #3 – Lavender, Safflower, or Almond Oil
You can use different types of oils to help fade those stretch marks on your breasts, such as lavender oil, safflower oil, or almond oil.
Shea butter also works well. Apply the oil after you’re done in the shower. Let the oil soak into the skin to help reduce the appearance of stretch marks.
Place the grated beeswax into a bowl that is microwave-safe. Heat for 15-20 seconds in the microwave and stir. Continue to heat in 10-15 minute intervals until the wax has melted.
Make sure you stir between heating each time. Then, add a tablespoon of apricot kernel oil, five drops of cedarwood oil, a tablespoon of wheat germ oil, five drops of rosemary oil, and ½ cup of cocoa butter to the bowl with the beeswax.
Use a spoon to mix all the ingredients together. After the mixture cools, massage into stretch marks a couple of times each day and do not rinse it off.
