Eczema is a type of skin inflammation commonly called dermatitis. The appearance of eczema differs from person to person according to particular types of eczema which is associated with itchiness and burns that causes red and dry skin.
Eczema Symptoms
Eczema or Atopic dermatitis is determined by a fissured, itchy skin, flaking, scabbing, lesion or red raised skin patches. Eczema is considered as a common condition that affects all races and ages as well as babies. It is a hereditary skin sensitivity that can easily be aggravated by several factors like water, stress, irritants like soap and chemicals, some foods, allergic reactions and many others. On certain occasion, Eczema symptoms take place as a brief reaction for couple of hours or days yet in some cases, the symptoms could last overtime which can be a hint of a chronic dermatitis.
The burning and itching oftentimes are intolerable that can cause many troubles throughout your life if you don’t know how to cure it.
What does Eczema Look Like
Here are some of the Pictures of Eczema associated with red raised skin patches, scabbing or flaking of the skin.
I’m sharing 3 tips on natural cures for eczema to gain your beautiful and clear skin back to normal.
1.) Use an anti-itching cream– by using anti-itching cream, this can help you get rid of itchiness under control. You can try using a cream with hydrocortisone ingredients and apply it to the affected area particularly during night time just before you hit the bed.
2.) Check your diet – With your diet assessment, you will realize what food nutrients you are lacking therefore, you can add a diet rich in Alkali to get rid of your eczema and prevent it from coming back. However, watching your daily food intake will give you an idea what are some foods that cause allergic reaction to your skin.
3.) Refrain from using perfume or scented lotion to your skin – If you are suffering from eczema, your skin is very delicate and sensitive that can trigger irritations due to chemical components from perfumes and scented lotions. However, if you need to use a lotion, you can try Cetaphil which is unscented and very mild to your skin and recommended by more dermatologists.
The above tips don’t totally cure eczema condition; however those are some alternatives to prevent your skin problem from getting worse and get infected. It is still advisable to consult or visit your health care provider if you have a form of skin condition that requires special attention.
