The skin will normalize itself when the seasons change. Many of us don’t know how to take care of our skin during winter season that’s why we ended up seeing ourselves with the look that was not so pleasing. Nobody wants to look ugly so I will give you some tips on how to make your skin look beautiful and hydrated.
1. Moisturize your skin
Hydrating creams and thermal sprays are believed to be used only during summer season but I’m suggesting that you also used these during winter season. Nourishing our skin doesn’t need to choose what season, we must always nourish our skin. Moisture serums, hydrating masks and sprays will be some of the best buys during this cold season. We must get rid of the facial soap and lotions containing alcohol for it will make our skin drier. Oily skins must also be cleansed with alcohol free cleansing milk or lotion. Neutral ph level is advisable to those who have skin that was ultra sensitive.

Skin types change during winter season. Oily skin may turn into normal, normal skin may turn to dry and dry skin may turn to hypersensitive. Skin changes only during winter season because minimal moisture is present in the air which can make your skin looks dry and dehydrated. Products containing Aloe Vera, chamomile extract, honey and olive oils were some best buys that you should consider.

The fact that Tanning Skin increases your possibility of getting skin cancer, which means the direct answer to this question is yes.
Tanning skin like sunburns attacks the skin’s DNA that produces genetic defects and can lead to skin cancer known as Malignant Melanoma.
Therefore it is essential to shield your skin against the harmful UV rays that can result to serious health issues
if you let yourself unprotected while frolicking in the beach or outdoors.
It is recommended to take precaution and regulate how often you get a tan because tanning skin can cause skin cancer. Getting a tan in daily basis is not good for your skin as it depletes your skin of its much needed moisture.
However, there’s a big contrast from some different cultures like Southern Mediterranean countries of Europe that still believe having tan skin play a significant role in terms of beauty. But countries particularly in Asia or some countries in northern part of the globe considered fairness of the skin indicates a person’s appeal or attractiveness.
Which means that skin color is associated with economic status and social roles in the society specifically in British and French elite wherein they became famous for their focus on keeping a lighter skin tone. Despite the fact that others disapproved those kinds of frivolous mentalities, still plenty of people agreed that skin color is still important but in totally different consequences and reasons.
Anyway, it is advisable not to overexpose ourselves to the sun or to the tanning beds in order to prevent premature aging of the skin as well as to minimize the potential risks from harmful effects of sun rays.
Make sure to protect your skin by wearing sunscreens that contain SPF 15 or higher especially during the time when the rays of sun are in the strongest level between 11 am o 4 pm. Furthermore, you can also protect yourself from sun exposure by using umbrellas, wearing hats and shadow places.
To avoid dehydration, drink plenty amount of water and determine your sunscreen’s expiration date to avoid dealing with sunburned or irritated skin later. Prevention is always the cure on this particular issue.
