These glands secrete sebum which is a combination of fatty acids to help protect your scalp. Other factors that cause this problem are down to a bad diet and stress too.</p>
<p>Oily hair doesn&#8217;t have to turn your day into a bad hair day because it can be prevented and controlled by following these methods.<br />
Oily hair and scalps need frequent washing therefore you need to choose a shampoo which is high in lauryl sulfate or sulfosuccinate which is commonly used in detergents to help you combat oily hair.</p>
